Derek Jacobi is known for many outstanding roles, including some you may not think of offhand (for example, he voiced "Nicodemus" in the 1982 animated film The Secret of NIMH, and ever-so-briefly played "The Master" in Doctor Who). But one of his outstanding roles is that of "Brother Cadfael," from the U.K. program produced from 1994-1998 by ITV Studios. Back in 2005 Acorn Media released every episode of the show together in one deluxe package, but now the studio is re-issuing Cadfael - The Complete Collection again on November 2nd, in a new (more traditional-style) 13-DVD package. It will also cost less, too, with a list price of $99.99 SRP in the USA, and CA$124.99 SRP in Canada. You'll get all 13 mysteries (listed below) running approximately 975 minutes, presented in full screen video with English stereo sound and English subtitles.
